These are individual audio pages. Some pretty good stuff here...
Extremely Relevant
Not quite as relevant, but still interesting...

There are a couple of well-targeted newsgroups for audio people. Note that rec.audio.high-end is moderated.

Some audio relevant on-line magazines

People who sell drivers and other audio equipment on-line. There must be hundreds of similar sites. Just check out a Yahoo search for speakers audio.
  • ACI sells high quality speaker kits
  • Audio Labs of Georgia has a nice store but a very small web site. They do carry drivers and some crossover components.
  • Audax has a Web site with data on their drivers and plans for their Vance Dickason designed kits. Slow web interface but good speaker designs.
  • DigiKey has a full catalog on-line. Check this out.
  • Madisound sells all kinds of drivers. Some driver info on-line.
  • MCM Electronics has some interesting audio stuff (amplifiers and drivers and speaker kits). Only their specials are on-line.
  • Mouser is partially on-line, with no on-line catalog
  • Newform Research sells 8", 15" and 30" ribbon drivers (as well as entire systems).
  • Pass Labs : Nelson Pass has built a really cool site here. Articles, figures, white papers...
  • Solen : This is the site for Solen - a supplier of drivers, capacitors and inductors. The site is interesting but rather sparse (no prices).
  • SpeakerCity : They have an on-line catalog with bare drivers and kits. A pretty rich site for speaker builders.
  • Sonic Frontiers Inc. Premium parts and kits. The site is pretty sparse.
  • Welborne Labs has kits by Kimmel, Welborne & Borbely and premium parts. Again a pretty sparse site - top quality hardware.
  • Zalytron has lots of interesting speaker kits.
